Raid alts

A “Raid Alt” is a main raid team member, as designated by the raid leader based on long term service to the team, that is a guild alt.

Raid Alts are treated as Mains by the loot council of the raid to which the member belongs.

If a full Main is interested in a raid team spot then a Raid Alt will give up their spot to a full Main. However, this should not mean that any time a full Main feels like raiding they can just bump a Raid Alt and jump right in; but if they can seriously (in terms of attendance and performance) fill the role on a regular basis then the Raid Alt should give up the spot to them as needed.
