A. Language

1. Guild Chat -
There is to be no cursing in guild chat. We want to maintain an atmosphere that is friendly for all.

2. Ventrilo
a) While profanity is not banned in Ventrilo, we ask that you be mindful of who is in the channel with you and respect that. If you feel uncomfortable with the way an individual is talking in a Vent channel please tell an officer about the incident so we can take care of it.
b) Guild members must always maintain the highest degree of respect for everyone on the Ventrilo server.

3. Subject Matter Appropriateness
While cursing is what most people focus on this is a friendly reminder that the topic of conversation can often be more offensive than the words we use. We ask that you are mindful of this.

4. Harassment
Please note there is a ZERO-TOLERANCE policy for harassment and racism in this guild. Engaging in either activity will result in immediate kick from the guild.

B. Looting Outside Raids

1. Need/Greed
a) In guild please use Need/Greed for all 5-man runs.
b) Need on an item only if it is a clear upgrade for your main spec on the toon you are running in that instance.
c) If there is a DE in the group please designate that person as the DE for that run and they will greed on all items.***
d) If you do not need an item pass.
e) If you would like an item for an off-set please ask the group before rolling need for an off-set item.
f) All BOE (Binds When Equipped) items should be greeded on unless needed for a main spec of a person running in the group in which case normal Need roll applies.

2. Disenchant Material Distribution
Before the run gets started decide whether the group will /roll as each item is DE'd or if you will mass roll at the end of the instance. This is a personal preference and should be decided before the run gets going.

3. Gathering Profession Materials
For gathering professions that occur within instance please /roll for all nodes.

C. Code of Conduct
Your behavior is a reflection on the guild. Please hold yourself to the highest standard when dealing with people outside the guild.

1. Begging
a) Begging will not be tolerated.
b) This is a zero tolerance rule. If you are found begging for gold, run throughs etc in a general channel it will result in a guild kick.
c) We know that at, at times, you may want to purchase something from the Auction House or need a little help with class training and not have the cash on hand. If you feel it is appropriate to ask in guild chat for some help feel free but the amount must be exact, the reason must be clearly stated and the number of times you ask is to be limited. If this becomes an issue you can expect a guild kick for this behavior as well.

2. Farming/Cheating/Hacking/Gliding
a) Farming is meant as the selling of in-game items or gold for real life money or vice versa. Our policy here is pretty simple if you are found doing any of these things you will receive an immediate guild kick. [The term 'farming' is not to be confused with its common in-game use, which is really gathering].
b) Sharing accounts is a fact in some families but guild members are responsible for the behavior of their toon regardless of who is playing the toon. Therefore, it is strongly encouraged that guild members not share toons. Protect your passwords and change them often or consider attaching an authenticator to your account.****

3. Solicitation
a) We are here to help one another. As a result of this you cannot sell items in guild chat. Any item you wish to give away may be said in guild chat or placed in the guild bank but it is to be done freely.
b) In addition to this, when crafting for a guild member it is more than acceptable to expect they provide the materials. However, requiring a tip from a guild member is not acceptable. Remember we are here to succeed together and to help one another and gouging each other for a little extra gold does not help this at all.

4. Run-Throughs
a) Do not ask to be run-through an instance.
b) We will not prevent or exclude anyone from doing so but we will not allow you to ask in guild chat for such runs. The point of lower level instances is to learn to play your class and your role, having a higher level do everything for you defeats this purpose. The other simple fact is we are not a twink guild.

5. Guild Bank
a) Withdrawals from the Guild Bank are ONLY for personal use and for guild membership.
b) It is against guild policy to remove items or mats from the bank for auction or diversion to alts not in this guild. This is considered stealing from the guild bank for personal gain and is grounds for reprimand or guild kick.

D. Raiding
1. Be On Time
We expect you to arrive at least thirty minutes before the scheduled raid.*****

2. Come prepared
We expect you to come prepared for both progression and farming raids.

3. Respect

4. Patience

5. Late Arrival
Remember if you were unable to login before raid time and missed an invitation stay online, you might be needed due to swap outs.

6. Progression
If you are unable to attend progression raids on a consistent basis your position may be filled by someone able to make it more consistently.

7. Pickups
Expect pugs for missing players who decide not to show up.

8. Drama
Absolutely no crying for loot that has yet to drop.

9. Specs
RAID SPECS ONLY

E. Raid Loot Policy

1. System
We use the Loot Council/Master Looter system.

2. Rare/Common Loot
Greens and blues are always disenchanted for the mats.

3. Epic Loot
